🔁 RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION BILLING & CANCELLATIONS
When you subscribe, recurring billing occurs according to your selected schedule.

Immediate Fulfillment: Once a renewal order is processed, it is sent to fulfillment immediately.

Cancellation Policy: As per our policy, once a renewal has been processed, it unfortunately cannot be cancelled.

Future Orders: You can cancel future subscription orders anytime via the "Manage My Subscription" link or by emailing support@bynaturale.com.

Immediate De-escalation: To protect our customers, we often cancel subscriptions immediately upon request to ensure no further charges occur while we resolve your concerns.
- All Subscriptions Return To Full Price After The First Charge: When subscribing your entire order will be discounted 20%. This discount will be removed for all recharges, therefore paying the full price.
❌ SUBSCRIPTION REFUND EXCEPTIONS
While renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed, we aim to be generous to maintain high customer satisfaction. In lieu of a full refund for processed orders, we offer the following "Goodwill" option

Partial Refund Incentives: To save you the cost and hassle of return shipping, we may offer tiered partial refunds of 20%, 30%, or 50% so you can keep the product.

Plan Adjustments: We can reactivate your subscription at a 50% discount or adjust your frequency to one bottle every 30 days to better suit your needs.

Store Credit: In specific cases, we may offer a 50% refund combined with store credit for the remaining order value.
💸 REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINES
- Timeline: Once a refund is processed (whether partial or full), you will see it in your account within 5-8 business days.

Chargeback Policy: If you do decide to chargeback for whatever reason, we will submit evidence towards our side of the claim. We can handle this through email amicably to avoid it coming to a chargeback situation.
✅ 90-DAY PRODUCT GUARANTEE
If after 90 consecutive days of using our product as directed, you feel it has not made an improvement:

You must provide proof of consistent usage per the label’s instructions.

Requests must be submitted between Day 91 and Day 97 after delivery.

Refunds are limited to first-time buyers and one per household.

If your request falls outside these criteria, we may require the return of the product in original, unopened condition. We do not cover return shipping costs.
